Week 1
There are 6 main missions in the first week, they unlock at different times.
All missions share the fact that they have:
- a reward chest goal, that is an activity performed by the whole warzone to accumulate points to unlock the reward chest. Once this goal is completed the mission goal is unlocked (unless specified otherwise)
- a mission goal that is the expected outcome and progression in the game (some of them are paired with a season event of the season)

There are additional missions/events available through the Season 6 tile menu, below the ones that are familiar from previous seasons:
- Purge Action
- Fishing Ground Conquest
- S6 City Clash
- Season Boost (same as Pre-Season but it show sections when events unfold in time)
- Season Battle Pass (explained in overview page)
- Weekly Pass (explained in overview page)
- Trade War
- War Merit Shop
And here the list of the new ones:

Once you build the War Merit Shop the corresponding tile will show up: War Merit Shop

On day 2 an additional tile will become available, unlocking the access to the Season 6 mini-game: Beneath the Ruins.

On day 4 an additional tile will become available, unlocking the new Kimberly’s Awakening Battle Pass, the first pass of its kind that will start a series of Awakenings for heroes.

Below the full extend of tiles available in the Season 6 menu in week 1, once all is unlocked:

Week1-01: Fungus Secrets

This mission will start day 1 of Week1.
Both reward chest and mission goals are immediately available.
Mission goal
Once the donation progress bar is filled you will be able to build the Fungus Institute.
The Fungus Institute allows you to enhance your resistance to virus, to defeat Elite zombie and Fishing Grounds (Strongholds) protectors. You can level it up using Spores
. Usually the donation progress bar gets filled easily within the first day.

Read more about it in the Fungus Institute section.

Mission goal
This event unlocks a new mini-game that will be available throughout the whole Seasons 6 (for 55 days): Beneath the Ruins
I have to say that I am really appreciating these mini-games in the latest Seasons, and their variable difficulty per level: at least they make you do something different every morning.
The complete guide about this mini-game will be available soon in a dedicate Season 6 Game modes guide, along with Fishing and the new interactive modes in Season 6.
The duel mode you see at the bottom of the screen of the picture below will be available in week 2.

Mission goal
The main goal of the mission is to capture Fishing Grounds Strongholds. They follow more or less the logic of previous Seasons Strongholds, but they have additional features.
This mission is strictly connected to the Fishing Ground Conquest event tile.
One important note about capturing Fishing Grounds is the following new rule available in the Fishing Ground Conquest event page:

In the current season, attacks on owned Fishing Ground
Strongholds can only be carried out during the three [Battle-
Ready Time] periods on Wednesdays and Saturdays, each
Battle-Ready Time lasts 1 hour. If the capture progress does
not reach 100% when the Battle-Ready Time ends, the
capture is considered a failure. Please plan your attack time in
advance.
Reward chest goal

Week1-04: Fishing Fest

The goal of this mission is to start fishing in the Fishing Grounds. Higher level of Fishing Grounds allow you to catch better fish.

Purge Action
This mission starts day 1 of Week1, and it lasts 9 days.
After the event starts, the time commanders first killed the highest level Zombie in the new season is recorded and ranked.

The higher the level of the Zombie killed by the commander, the higher the ranking. When the level of the Zombie killed is the same, the commander who kills faster ranks higher. Rewards are based on the commander’s ranking at the time of event settlement, the higher the ranking, the better the rewards.
During the event, settlements are made daily, and ranking rewards are delivered via mail.

Zombie levels
This time the zombies are not complicated like in Season 5, they seem to be normally distributed in the warzone and that’s it. We still don’t know what will show up in the middle of the huge Season 6 map, but this is for sure an improvement over Season 5 overcomplicated gameplay with too many levels of zombies.

Zombie levels will go up to 50, and there are milestone rewards for once you kill 5,10, 15,20, 25, 30, 40, 50 zombies as shown in the image.

Purge Action Ranking
The screenshot below is at reset + ~20h,just so you have a reference of how fare you can go the first day.

Fishing Ground Conquest
This mission will start day 1 of Week1 and lasts 14 days in total.

After the event starts, the time consumed by the Alliance to capture the Fishing Grounds is recorded and ranked.
The higher the level of the Fishing Grounds captured by the Alliance, the higher the ranking. When the level of the Fishing Grounds captured is the same, the Alliance that captures faster ranks higher.
During the event, settlements are made daily. Rewards are based on the Alliance’s ranking at the time of event settlement, the higher the ranking, the better the rewards. Ranking rewards are delivered via mail.
NEW RULE: In the current season, attacks on owned Fishing Ground Strongholds can only be carried out during the three [Battle-Ready Time] periods on Wednesdays and Saturdays, each Battle-Ready Time lasts 1 hour. if the capture progress does not reach 100% when the Battle-Ready Time ends, the capture is considered a failure. Please plan your attack time in advance.

City Clash S6
With this event the capture of cities within your own warzone starts.
This event is structured to last until all city levels unlock.
Each time a new level needs to be unlocked there will be a countdown for it on this event page.
The actual captures start day 3 at 12:00 p.m. server time.

Day 1 and 2 of week 1 you will see a teaser for this event:

Rules:
- Once the territory is connected to the City (including diagonally), R5/R4 members of the Alliance can declare war on the City during war declaration time
- After the declaration, Cities can be captured. Only one City can be targeted by each Alliance at a time. Losing the territory linked to the city mid-way through a war declaration will abort the declaratoin and prevent the capture of the target city
- Without Fishing Grund Strongholds or Cities, an Alliance must first capture a Lv. 1 Fishing Ground Stronghold. Connected territories allow further declarations.
- Before the Faction Clash event begins, Cities in enemy Factions cannot be declared war upon.
- Siege battles are brutal, and some units will die directly. The specific ratio is detailed on Cities.
- There will be first-time City capture rewards for participants. Alliance members will also receive City rewards. Alliances receive Loot chests as well, distributed by R5 or R4.
- After capturing a City, all Alliance members get buffs. The City enters a protected state for a period, during which it can’t be declared war upon by others.
- Abandoning a city does not reset the protection countdown.
- After declaring war ona city you’ve abandoned, there’s a waiting period.
- The number of Fishing Ground Strongholds and Cities that can be captured each day is limited. The total number of Cities your Alliance controls increases your capture limit of Fishing Ground Strongholds. You can view the exact limits in the [Alliance] -> [Alliance City] section.
- Cities held by Alliances of the same faction cannot be declared war on.
City Level unlock timing:
- Level 1: week 1 day 3 + 12 hours
- Level 2: week 1 day 6 + 12 hours
- Level 3: week 2 day 3 + 12 hours
- Level 4: week 2 day 7 + 12 hours [To be confirmed]
- Level 5: week 3 day 3 + 12 hours [To be confirmed]
Below you can find the City Clash announcement for each level and the details of first capture rewards for all levels. [They will all become available once unlocked in the game].

Rewards for City captures:
Whenever a City is captured for the first time it gives interesting rewards, but which rewards you receive depend also on your participation:
- If you don’t participate in the city capture you will only receive some seasonal resource in your mail, they are received by all the members of the alliance
- If you do participate in the city capture you will also receive the participation rewards.
- Additionally based on the reduced durability of the city alliance members receive diamonds rewards
You participated in the city capture: participation rewards + member rewards
[thanks to Magium for this screenshot]

You didn’t participate in the city capture: only the “Current Rewards”
